Thought you were talking about someone's restaurant but it is taco bowls. :)

Many do not realize that Ferromex is the eighth largest railroad in North America. Most think there are only seven; CSX, NS, CN, CP, UP, BNSF, and KCS, because they are American or Canadian railroads. And only KCS of those seven has operations in Mexico; about half of its franchise. But Ferromex is 25% owned by Union Pacific and the rest by a Mexican company known as 'Groupo Mexico'. Ferromex also has controlling interests in Mexico's third major railway, the one in the Southeast; Ferrosur. Ferromex and Ferrosur might have 60% of active Mexican trackage. Readers should also know that Mexican Railways, as well as Canadian Railways, all adhere to a long ago agreed on standards system for mechanical and engineering functions. This is why you can send a freight car from Southeastern Mexico to the East or West coast of Canada, thru the USA, and Alaska by water, without disruption beyond normal railcar failure like a simple air hose or brake shoe , etc, type problem. It is an integrated, well working rail transportation network, all of one gauge governed by the same standards. So the 'taco' Ferromex' units, built in the USA, are something we do actually export and get $$$$$$$ for.
