Author: mw2007 Seen some videos on YouTube showing NS trains at Rochester and in the videos you can see track panels being built and excavator by the switches. Is this the start of removing the switches and dropping in track panels now that CP Bright is up and running?

Author: operatorjoe Was at Rochester Pa this morning to check out the situation. While there were MW forces on scene, not much was happening. I did did see that they had straight railed the west end of the crossover on No 2 track(westbound main) at the extreme west end of the interlocking.
