NS Dash 9-40C 8865 is in the process of being rebuilt according to NSDash9. I wonder if someone didn't fat finger the keyboard!

Still with all the engineering already done on the Dash 9 to AC4400 program and over 1000 potential cores, I have my doubts about a Dash 8 based program. It is made much more difficult due to the fact that GE never engineered an AC Dash 8.
