NS/CSX Ownership of NYSW and NPBL

My understanding is that New York, Susquehanna & Western Railway (NYSW) ownership is 40% Norfolk Southern, 40% CSX, and 20% Delaware Ostego Corp.

Also, my understanding is that Norfolk & Portsmouth Belt Line (NPBL) ownership is 57% Norfolk Southern and 43% CSX.

I cannot seem to find any info in either NS’ 2016 Annual Report or their 2016 STB Report.

Are my ownership figures correct and how can they be confirmed?

CSX and NS only own 20% of NYSW, but the do have board members giving them a substantial say in management matters. I have post the original press release before.
