Does erie and northeast pa have live ratio abd video feeds? If so please help me try to find them

Virtual Railfan, I believe, has a webcam in the region (North East, PA). About 10 years ago, before Virtual Railfan and Railstream existed (not to mention the ideal bandwidth and computer power), there was a full motion/sound webcam next to the Erie Amtrak Station. I believe a local company (logistics firm?) ran the camera. It didn't last long, but was a glimpse of what came to be now with similar railcams all over the country.
