What type of train is this ?

never seen this train before . What type of train is this ? This was in Charrlottle,NC today.

It is a weed sprayer. When operating, workers aim the spray nozzles on the roof of the modified box car to kill weeds along the ROW. Pesticides are contained in tank cars.

Somewhat, they usually run once a year over mainline trackage.
