Author: Ron Monday afternoon I had some errands to run and I happened to see that the CN had a couple of trains lined up here in Battle Creek, Michigan.
The first one I saw was Amtrak #352 leaving Battle Creek, at about 5:10 PM. It was 19 minutes late into, and 26 minutes late out of Battle Creek. Amtrak #352 AMTK 29, Monday, May 15, 2017, at about 5:10 PM. At MP 176.08 CN South Bend Subdivision, Battle Creek, Michigan. As soon as #352 cleared the crossover between Main #1 and Main #2, up popped the signal for a Westbound to leave town. BNSF 8453 BNSF 5844 West, Monday, May 15, 2017, at about 5:20 PM. At MP 176.08 CN South Bend Subdivision, Battle Creek, Michigan. Aaron Schlegel - CN Conductor, Battle Creek, Michigan. Wade Brocht - GTW/CN Locomotive Engineer, Battle Creek, Michigan.
