Mentor 7/8/17 Author: cornerfieldhobby Well I got informed this morning and also seen no Heritage Units site that Savannah & Atlanta SD70ACe #1065 was leading 149 this morning. So I drove up to Mentor catch him. Well 1065 on 149 came through at 1:53PM. During the day while I was there and going to stores in Mentor, I saw a few others trains. But I only took photos of the 5 best catches today I got. Anyway, the first photos and video are of 1065 and the other photos of the other trains I saw today.

This is NS eastbound intermodal 206 crossing Hart Street. Note no automobiles waiting at the crossing heading southbound. And a side note, the whole train when he passed, there were still no cars waiting to head south.

Mentor 7/8/17 Author: cornerfieldhobby Last 3 photos I took from this evening of CSX westbound ethanol K634 lead by KCS Kansas City Southern SD70ACE #4192 & BNSF Tier 4 ET44C4 or AC #3995. This is my first Tier 4 ET44AC BNSF unit I have seen in person.

You mention about 1065, yes you are totally correct. When he went by and looking at the unit plus the 2 photos and video I got, that's the first thing that went through my mind. They should of repainted that. |
