Eastern Railroad Discussion > CP Leader on Q316-17 at Keyser, WVDate: 07/20/17 18:10 CP Leader on Q316-17 at Keyser, WV Author: DTWilson Current schedule has Q316 passing thru Keyser, WV in the pre-dawn hours. Tuesday the 18th, they arrived at Keyser right around 0600 with CP #8896 as their leader.
They stopped in Keyser to pickup 33 cars of outbound traffic.
