I saw an explanation that said that the BLET could accept changes in these rules even as national negotiations are going on. I am surprised they would be doing it with that timing. No work rules, so the carrier does whatever they want. If you don't mind doing whatever the heck they want for your 10 hours, this is a great contract to vote for.
