NS Chicago District Traffic.
Author: railfaneric

Good Morning. I am wondering about how many trains use the NS Ex NKP Chicago District and the frequency channel for this line. Along with Defect detector locations.

Neither run on the Chicago District. 288 goes to Detroit via Fostoria and Bellevue. 285 originates in Kansas City and runs the ex-SOU though Southern Illinois.

Those are all the ones west of Claypool. East of Claypool, add these to the list: 142, 143, 174, 177, 12Q, 200, 365, and 366.
