Reading & Northern Question
Author: DRGW483

Is the R&N an "Eastbound-Westbound" railroad or "Northbound-Southbound" line, as far as the timetable is concerned? So, is a train that is going compass direction north out of Port Clinton a "Northbound" or a "Westbound" Thanks for any help.

In the Reading days it was westbound, not sure what R&N TT says though.

Not all railroads have uniform directions throughout their networks the way it was done in the past, either.
