Q415 is eastbound near Shenandoah Junction, WV, about noon with a RBBB Blue unit animal car with the markers ... or at least the EOT.

Thank you Thank you very very much, I found this on the Shenandoah Cam archive at 1307 hours eastern time on thrusday 7-27-17 in year 2017.
1:07PM thrusday July 27, 2017. Shen cam Shen Railcam
Eastbound Freight started passing the Railcam at 1305 hours ET.
Car is RBBX 60017

CSX 708 leading the CSX 5323 were the two (2) locomotives leading this special eastbound freight move.

I read what the plans were for this third car (spare parts?) but now cannot find that article.

Good God... these cars are still roaming the N. American railroad grid? This seems off the mark, but if the car was just "confirmed" sold a week or 2 ago, it might have just been readied for the trip. (???)
