Eastern Railroad Discussion > More Selkirk Area Train changes?Date: 01/11/18 08:17 More Selkirk Area Train changes? Author: RiverLineProductions Noticed that Q019 (Worcester, MA - - Bedford Park, IL) seems to have been cut back to Selkirk instead of running all the way to Bedford Park. Has been running this route for a few days now. Also, Q634 (Columbus, OH - Selkirk, NY) has been terminating in Willard the past few days, so I’m wondering if that’s the new routing? Q635 (Selkirk, NY - Columbus, OH) is still originating at Selkirk. Just wondering if anyone has further information, especially about Q634 as it seems strange the counterpart would be still coming out of Selkirk, and that it would now be going to a yard where CSX seems to be minimizing operations.
Any info appreciated. Thanks! Posted from iPhone Date: 01/11/18 08:51 Re: More Selkirk Area Train changes? Author: WLE2679 Willard sorting seems more logical for some of this traffic, (since it is located in the middle of Fostoria and Greenwich between 4 seperate lines) instead of sending the traffic to Selkirk then south, but we will see.
