Wonder where the double stacks are going. They are sure not going to Philly. The UMAX and Pacer single level containers are the regular block for Philadelphia,

I believe Q140 stops in Savannah.

Could the double-stacks be set out at Rocky Mount or Richmond for a train to the Midwest?

I'm not sure if Q140 stops in either place. A while back a CSX employee told me it made a set off at Savannah intermodal yard.
