Sharp looking locomotive. Does Mosaic have a facility in central Florida?

Mocaic virtually owns most, if not all, the phosphate facilities in the Bone Valley. That includes the active mines at Four Corners, South Pasture, and South Fort Meade. Plus the refineries at Bartow, Riverview, Plant City (currently idled), and New Wales (where this particular locomotive is going). They also own transloading and storage facilities along Tampa Bay at Port Manatee, Port Sutton, Big Bend, and the Port of Tampa.
