4/13/18 C&O "Ghost Loco" sighted on CN's Flint Sub

4/13/18 15:15 54 degrees at MP 202 Charlotte as M397, with CN 3052, NS 1048, PRLX 4834 hits the curve at speed. PRLX 4834 is the ex CSX SD70ace with C&O marking spotted recently in Michigan.
