Does the LA&L run on Saturdays? Does their schedule still have them at the CSX interchage at Genesee Jct around noon? Thanks.

The LA&L does not run on Saturdays.
They do run up to switch Barilla Pasta in Avon early on Sunday mornings.

Beyond that, I believe it is still normal for them to hit the Genesee Junction area around noontime Monday through Friday. The interchange with CSX is fairly inaccessible but you can get at the south end of the G&W/R&S Brooks Avenue Yard and observe switching there -- albeit often at a distance. I've caught the LA&L job and the G&W Salt Shaker side-by-side on several occasions.

The start time for the road train was changed in January.
Most days the freight does not leave Lakeville until sometime between 10 and 11am, sometimes later.
