Carload Express, Inc. (CLXX) MP15AC 1557 is ex-UPY 1446, ex-SP 2717. It is one of 16 matching UPY ex-SP MP15ACs purchased by Carload Express, eight of which have been assigned to Delmarva Central Railroad and eight of which are being road-tested at Allegheny Valley Railroad for assignment to new business.
