Amtrak Meets C7X at Union Furnace, PA

The eastbound Amtrak Pennsylvanian met westbound train C7X at the Union Furnace quarry on Monday, April, 23rd plus some other Middle Division action.

4. an eastbound mixed freight just east of Huntingdon, PA
5. C7X at Tyrone
6. Local C42 at Tyrone

I think that is a Z7X, not C7X; C7X suggests a Pittsburgh division local, whereas Z7X denotes an extra 67X which would be a westbound tank train.
