Got to wonder if there is a proper way to do this and what he did wrong to be considered improper.

There's occasionally a switch job working the area at night, and folks will occasionally play railroad roulette that there isn't a real train in the area. A number of crossings in Lake Worth have been quad gated, while others are still under construction. I mentioned that in my comments on the BL trip last week. Lots of daytime flaggers. Posted from Android |
