In my travels Wednesday caught NS 37T northbound on Reading & Northern rails at Dupont, PA then on NS rails at mp 676 Moosic, PA.

Yes, I believe 37T regularly hauls two types of intermodal traffic in addition to its general freight:
- International containers heading from Elizabeth Marine Terminal at port of NJ to Canada (Toronto and Montreal) in conjunction with CP (note that this international traffic also goes east to NJ on counterpart 36T)*
- Repositioning of JBHU domestic containers from Allentown/NJ westward via Buffalo (note that 36T does not handle JBHU containers to my knowledge).

* NS' on-line Intermodal schedule also shows there is Elizabeth Marine Terminal - Buffalo COFC/TOFC service Monday through Friday:
- westward via trains 25Z-H11-37T 
- eastward via trains 36T-H11-22V

Perhaps others can corroborate / correct this response...
