My visit to the Stourbridge Line in Honesdale, PA got me a cab ride on the PRR FP7 9880, what better experiance for a PRR buff like me. I've rode many F7 cabs but never an FP7.

Very nice video Ed.  But that whistle?  Yikes, I do not care for it, and with that New York Central Passenger car in the consist, it makes it look like the first month of the ill-fated Penn Central operations.  Otherwise, a nice looking train and your horn makes it correct.  Thanks for sharing the video.

Naaaah... I'll take the whistle. Apparently that was what the unit was originally equipped with and besides, (notwithstanding I'm a diesel guy who loves "diesel horns") how often do we get to hear a Hancock Air Whistle?
