Anyone familiar with traffic levels on the Clinchfield and/or NS lines that run through St Paul VA?

I haven’t been in area recently but CSX should have one mixed freight each way a day and maybe a coal load or empty if your lucky. NS was running 4-6 coal load/empties a day. Not sure if the above is still the case but it was about a year ago.

Pretty sure movements are tepid at best on the CSX end. Better on the NS, but perhaps not as it may have been in days past.
