Amazon Commercial Location

Not sure if it’s even in the East. The commercial shows a train on a stone arch bridge. Any idea where?

If it is the commercial I am thinking of, I believe it is somewhere in Europe.  Certainly not in North America.

It looks like Sweden to me with T-43 (EMD 12-567C diesel, SW1200) and/or T-44 (EMD G22, 12-645E diesel, SW1500) motors.

TV commercials showing trains are almost always European, primarily UK.

Definately not shot in the UK. With the stone viaduct and the road-switcher type locomotives it is most likely Germany.

Maybe we could ask Train Orders to have a dedicated page for "ugly" locomotives. Is they do, these 2 locos could be charter members.

It's a C-415 wannabe! Hey Azamon, you know we have trains in the US that are suitable for commercial use.

I just thought it was Amazon's way of saying they'll find a way to route a US to US shipment through Europe...

Or perhaps even they realize that looks better than showing your one shipment being kicked around by USPS and perhaps delivered on a Sunday even during an in-effect mail-hold.

It still amazes me that my Amazon FedEx shipment arrives in a big bag to the post office who
delivers it.
