As we continue to move into the areas that encountered the highest winds, which led to the highest amounts of trees down and continued power outages, we expect to resume full operations throughout the Florida Panhandle by this Saturday, October 20. Currently, all affected parts of the CSX network have been restored with the exception of Tallahassee through Chipley, Fla.
