Bc there going back to altoona for some changes b4 there put in service 38q is a train that is Conway to hagerstown md that runs daily and works altoona were they will get set off at and 202 is an intermodal train which has no reason to have 1800 and 1801 on it...

16T doesn't get into Enola yard. It goes straight through from the Lurgan Line to the Harrisburg line.

Why not on 16T Roanoke to Hagerstown, then 39Q from Hagerstown to Altoona?... :)

16T may not always work Hagerstown. Making them stop just for a power move can cause a bit of gridlock.

No worse than the crap they pull sometimes at Waynesboro Va to set a unit off and tie up trains

Especially considering the fact they run other longer trains through a rather small area (Hagerstown-Vardo).
