A Delaware-Lackawanna local job with a great ALCO lash-up pulls across Lackawanna Ave in downtown Scranton, PA. Two real heritage units, LV C420 #414 and CNJ RS3 #1554 are ahead of corporately-painted RS11 #1804, which began life as Central Vermont #3604. Date: 01/09/19 14:12 Re: Monday Morning ALCOs in Scranton, PA Author: CPR_4000 I think 1804 actually "began life" as a Duluth, Winnipeg & Pacific unit and was later transferred to CV (and back to DWP and back to CV). Both were CN U.S. subsidiaries. I believe these were the only RS11's to have the dynamic brake housed in the short hood rather than over the engine on the long hood.
