What is going on with them? > Commodities? Origins and destinations? The commodity is rock. Most, if not all, of the rock comes from the quarries north of Macon, GA and then south to Jacksonville on train 321. Martin Marietta has a rock distribution yard just north of NS’ Simpson Yard in Jacksonville. The rest goes to the FEC. 330 takes the empties back to Macon. Triumph specialty manufacturing loads components and sub-assemblies for US aircraft makers.
The risks to US exports is a very local matter as hundreds of people are employed when there's work. Two other component makers ship products to Triumph for inclusion.
