A northbound FEC train took out a trespasser on the tracks in West Palm Beach early Tuesday. Apparently just north of Clematis Street.

No injuries to the crew. The area around Clematis Street has a very lively bar scene, and a substantial homeless population.

I was by there just after law enforcement responded.  Word is that the tresspasser was inebriated and died at the hospital.  The tracks and crossings are clear now.

Thanks for the report. That crossing, and Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach, are exactly where I expect to see drunks on the tracks.
