Winters Rigging is one of the oldest derailment services in the USA along with Hulcher, 55 years in business. They have handled many hundreds of major railroad emergencys and other heavy services to industry, steel mills, rigging work, transfer, haz-mat, etc. https://www.wintersrigging.com/

Per NYSW yahoo group, and unconfirmed, Paducah is rebuilding two more Oakway SD60's for NYSW. Not sure if the two worst ones are being rebuild or scrapped.

It was reported recently -- but I don't remember where -- that two of tthe four in the wreck were retired, while the other two are being repaired. I would imagine the 3806 was one of the ones to be cut up if that's true.

GMTX 9014 & 9059 will replace two of the wrecks.  Will be interesting to see if they come out as NYSW 3812 & 3814.

The last photo certainly shows the need for counterweights!
