Eastern Railroad Discussion > Railfans In ActionDate: 02/17/19 11:50 Railfans In Action Author: overniteman The lure of sunshine, a busy morning trackside and a pair of BNSF units leading NS's 211 brought out the fans today.
The orange visitors and bonus NS GE AC44C6M 4000 on the point of a small NS 294 had the Lehigh line looking like "fantrip city". The sun dipped away right before the 4000 arrived and then I realized I was in New Jersey in February............... All photos, Manville, New Jersey. Edited 1 time(s). Yesterday’s 211 apparently hit a pedestrian/trespasser betweenness Alburtis and Mertztown, according to local news. Not a ton of information on the person struck other than it appeared to be a teenage boy and that he was taken to the hospital, no word on his condition. Dan Posted from iPhone Edited 1 time(s).
