If I recall the OCS usually heads west from Altoona the weekend before the derby if it goes at all.

Take a look at Flightaware.com or Flightradar24.com at AGS on the Monday after the Masters... between 50 and 100 private jet departures. In the good old days Delta ran special 767 flights ATL-AGS and AGS-ATL for the Masters -- not charters, just extra flights available to the public -- although now they just substitute some 757s for aircraft regularly assigned to ATL-AGS-ATL.
