It's CSX but with a heavy influence of BNSF. Taken at the Rock Cut Road Crossing outside Cumberland, MD.

Q217-09 with a pair of BNSF locomotives passing Q138-08 it's self with foreign road power in the form of UP #4011 and a CN unit.
