She was shot on Monday on a east bound CSX freight in Cleveland Ohio by a casual railfan friend. Her markings are HZRX 725 and her heritage was Erie Lackawanna by the paint. Any idea were it's coming from or going, any help would be grateful.

The only two new units I ever saw from there looking "fresh" was this unit and a F40PH painted green. Other engines have been sitting outside for years there.
