Author: WLE2679 Someone recently told me that the B&O Museum is aware of the "list" of potential donations set out a long time ago, that included this unit. Reminds me of how the last Western Maryland painted GP40 slipped through the cracks and was sold instead to a short line. I heard that the 3802 was sold to a lessor by mistake a long time ago, but the museum got involved, plus another person that had signifiant pull. Don't know if that is true or not.

The toilets weren’t installed yet and they couldn’t use them out on the road. Wished I had my camera. As I remember there were Lehigh Valley units a long way from home on the head end. Back then they ran anything available for power.
