Question About NS/BNSF Joint Trackage West of Hardin, MO

Good Afternoon:

On the trackage jointly owned by NS and BNSF west of Hardin, MO and in the other section around Birmingham, MO, does NS maintain the main track they own, or do they pay BNSF to maintain it, since BNSF dispatches it?
