NS 8168 was leading Train 205 long hood first this afternoon passing over the Susquehanna River below Sidney, NY.

I was following him as I drove west on 88 today. Who did he meet at Oneonta? I stopped at Brooks for some Q.

Not sure who he might have met, didn't see anything out there.
Later the 16R met 30T at Oneonta
I never heard the 11R.
I think 22K and 23K met about 0830 - at least two trains met, whoever they were.
