They may look rough but...NS SD70M/BCOL
Author: Forever-Railfan-45

But they are still getting the job done. NS SD70M 2632 seen here (first two pictures) at PC 104 on the Fort Wayne Line thru Canton, Ohio. She is leading NS 412, loaded coke, headed for Mansfield then west. Not sure of the final destination. Maybe Chicago.  Number three is of CSX Q277 getting ready to pass under the East Market Street bridge in Akron, Ohio. NS 412 was taken on June 08 and Q277 on June 09; just got done with sixteen out of nineteen days and will be starting ten out of eleven....

CSX V089 with the BCOL 4606 leading a BNSF; empty grain going back to the BNSF in Chicago, BCOL is also showing her age but none the less she is still getting the job done.  Number five is of the NS 25Z with what I guess if a "white brow" locomotive. Number six is of the NS 11V with NS 1067 which is in need of a bath and some touch up paint. She had gone into emergency just prior to this picture about six miles before and again at RD 73 just four miles behind me in Atwater, Ohio. Not sure what the issue was.

Lastly is a picture of the Cleveland Clinic S-76 taking off from our facility with a patient bound for the Cleveland Clinic. Was hoping for a a picture of her nose but the wind was coming out of the north and she had to land and take off into the wind. Have a good week everybody; after these ten days back on my regular schedule.

Excellent pics.  NS 9774 is full whiteface still.

Excellent catches Carl!!!. My favorite photo actually is of the NS Dash 9 intermodal.  But totally, the best is of the helicopter!!! So crisp quality!!

With PSR in full effect, it doesn't matter if the units are clean or dirty. The ONLY thing that matters is that they are moving a train!!
Remember that now, they have to keep them moving for PSR to work.  They don't have time to paint an engine, that takes away precious running time.
haha
