Multiple departments including special operations/hazmat are enroute! Date: 06/14/19 19:38 Re: Train Derailment at Maystown, IL Author: Fireman424 UP train on the Chester sub hit a tractor and stacked up 30 cars. Ensuing fire was found to be remains of tractor under a couple empty boxcars on fire. Illinois state police reconstruction and coroner enroute along with all the fire departments and haz mat team.No word on crew from the radio traffic I dont think it was a favorable outcome for the farmer.

So now we get the media airheads talking as if the train veered off the tracks to hit the poor farmer... I’m sure with the terrible spring across the Midwest he had his mind on other things unfortunately.

His son stopped for the first one and didn't see the second. From news photos it appears it happened right at the Fults crossovers and the crossing looks like an unprotected farm crossing.
