CSAO Lehigh Line Checking In
Author: overniteman

Today was extemely busy on the CSAO Lehigh line. Both NS & CSX.

Lost track of the amount of trains in between nodding off when the trains were coming out of the sun and going for a Wendy's Baconator (you can actually feel your arteries hardening with every bite).

And now for some trains.
Norfolk Southern's 22V is doing 48 mph as it rolls East behind GE AC44C6M 4268.
All these NS rebuilds make for some shiny locomotives.

Piscataway, New Jersey.

And the BNSF hits just keep on coming...........

CSX K141 behind GE ET44C4 3739 (plus one) cruises along on track one with crude oil empties.
According to CSX train symbol "wiki" the K141 originated in Philadelphia and is going back to the BNSF at Cicero, Illinois.

How's that expression go, "When life hands you lemons, make lemonade"?
By the time CSX Q032 hits New Jersey, it's got the sun all wrong.

With the "new and improved" CSX, you can snap a DPU and still go home with a "keeper"

CSX GE ET44AH 3421 is moving away from the camera as it shoves the Q032.

The head-on photo of the 22V is a winner.
