BNSF Rerouted Coal Drags

Are BNSF coal trains still being rerouted on CSX and NS trackage?

NS, as far as I know.  BNSF takes the loaded trains from Powder River to Chcago and hands them off to NS.  NS runs them to Ft. Wayne, then to Cincinnati and on to Chattanooga.  From Chattanooga, they follow their normal NS routing to Juliette, GA and the RW Scherer power plant.  I don't know the route for empty trains.

CSX is/was handling some Palos, AL trains between Chicago and Birmingham, AL via Nashville, TN.
