"All CSX and MARC trains were halted through the Howard Street Tunnel..." Not sure about the extent of damage to the tunnel, but Q138 was reversed at Cumberland (as an R138) and re-routed this morning, probably via Ashtabula/Buffalo/Selkirk and down.
