Standard Cabs in Michiana
Author: Mastadon

Michiana is a region in northern Indiana and southwestern Michigan where there's a lot of railroading to be had. Unfortunately, the variety sometimes is less than inspiring with today's Class One locomotives. But sometimes, the good stuff pops up. South Shore street running in Michigan City and Norfolk Southern's BO-5 local on Amtrak's Michigan Line are some of the Region's best finds. No GE supercabs, just EMD standard cab goodness.

Nice series from an area rarely covered.  As someone who grew up in Michiana, the the header caught my attention too.
