Eastern Railroad Discussion > Berea question . . .Date: 07/13/19 14:47 Berea question . . . Author: 3rdswitch . . . coming out to OH for Summer Rail with a friend. Have a couple of days between Deshler, Fostoria before the SAT event, is Berea still worth a visit? IF so, any help with radio freqs and other info appreciated. Last minute thought, is there a best time to visit the Wheeling X at Spencer or to see Wheeling traffic in general? Thanks again for any info.
JB Date: 07/13/19 16:45 Re: Berea question . . . Author: WLE2679 I would say Berea is the busiest out of the ones you have listed. The number of CSX trains have demished some with PSR. NS is about the same after their changes to the manifest freight schedule. Lighting at Berea is good from sunrise until about 1:30-2:00PM. Other crossings on NS east and west are bettter for lighting after this time on sunny days.
