More than likely Nathan K5LAR24.

However, the CSX fleet of SD70Ms (4675-4699) were former EMD demonstrators (EMDX 7000-7024).   It's entirely possible not all were delivered with K5HR24 horns.

As delivered, they had Nathan P3s.  I suspect many (if not all) received K5LAs as they worked through CSX shops at various points.  I personally saw them in lease service on CSX before they were acquired in the big Helm trade, and they still had P3s at that point.
