Eastern Railroad Discussion > Packaging Corporation of America Gas City,IndianaDate: 09/14/19 20:16 Packaging Corporation of America Gas City,Indiana Author: NS19K Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) seems to have stopped receiving paper cars at their Gas City Indiana plant. Can anyone familiar with other PCA locations confirm or deny that PCA is either upset with rail service overall with the advent of PSR, or is this an internal decision to pick up the slack in their supply chain? What's puzzling about this is the Gas City plant is located on a Genesee and Wyoming property which should be immune from NS demurage charges. Thanks
