------------------------------------------------------- > Curious as to how the closure of the paper mill > has affected 316/317. > > Art House Needless to say there is no paper mill inbound or outbound traffic. 317 still has inbound traffic (2-3 cars a week) for the Keyser, WV Industrial Park and 3-4 times a week 317 has tonnage reduction cars to set out in Keyser for B772 to take west the next day. Q316 also has "tonnage reduction cars" to pick up in Keyser that B772 had brought east from Grafton, WV the day before. Both still have set-out / pickups in Keyser, just fewer cars without the papermill.. Tim W. |
