Sand Patch Stuff
Author: cinder

1. Westbound Q277 has crested the summit at Sand  Patch at 8 am.  The eastbound green signal clears the way for an on-time Amtrak P030.
2. Westbound Q015 passes the historic Mance Post Office in mid-morning.  There are three scheduled intermodals in each direction and all now use dpu's when needed.
3. Fall harbinger.  The golden rod in the foreground and one trackside tree foretell the foliage season which is usually October 9-13.

Nice shots!
Looks like the Fall is coming quick to the East as New Jersey's foliage is turning fast.

Great photos Cinder! Looks bare without the tower. Thanks for posting.

Doesn't it? Still strikes me as "there's something missing".
Thanks for your post, cinder.
