11/219 C N Train X149 and a Forlorn Depot in Michigan

1/2/19 15:10 41 degrees at CN Charlotte, MI  as CN 2842 leads a 2 unit Train X149, 392 axles, over the ChS junction switch and past the former GTW depot. Depot is deteriorating rapidly with the roof valley open and peeled back shingles. A forlorn looking building in its twilight years.=17pt😢Full 3:34 train video.

Who owns the depot?

I thought I recall a article in the local news (I used to be in Nashville for work every few weeks) that the city or historical society owned it.
